1. How can I track my order?
a. Login to My account and select "Previous Orders". If you do not have an account established you can search by email and order code. Your order code can be located at the bottom of your confirmation email.
2. Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don't like it?
a. Yes. To return an item you must, request an RA number. At that time you will receive an email with further instructions. To exchange an item, you also need to request an RA number. Be sure to state what you would like to exchange for in the box labeled "reason for returning item".
3. How do I place an order? Can I call to place an order?
a. To place an order click on the desired item. You can find this item by searching keywords in the search bar located on the top of the page. Once the item opens, you can choose your size and click on "add to cart". Once you do that you have the option to "checkout"; if you continue to shop you can always access your order by clicking on the "cart" link at the top of the page.
b. We cannot take phone orders; all orders must be placed through our website.
4. How do I determine the shipping charges on my order and what are the shipping options?
a. Shipping charges are based on weight of package and shipping location, calculated within our system. We currently only offer one shipping option which is UPS ground; we are unable to process expedited shipments.
5. Will you charge sales tax on my order?
a. It depends on where your order is being shipped. Taxes that appear on your online order are approximate.
6. I can't find a particular item. How can I search for it?
a. Shop by using our navigation links on the left side of the homepage. You can shop for jeans, tops, tees and caps.
b. Search by entering a keyword in the search bar. You can enter anything including descriptions of product, size and price.
c. Click the "search" link on the top of the page. You can search by size, style number, price and what's new.
7. How do I ship to an international address?
a. At this time we ship to the United States only.
8. Can I use an international billing address?
a. Because our system ties together shipping and billing addresses, we can only accept a billing address within the United States.
9. What methods of payment do you accept?
a. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
10. How do I know if ordering online is secure?

11. Why isn't my browser working with your site?
a. Our site should work with any browser, but Internet Explorer 6 doesn't show the background design correctly.
12. How do I know what size to order and what sizes are available?
a. We have a size chart available with approximate measurements. If you are unhappy with fit or your size, you can return or exchange your item at any time.
b. Size availability is shown on each page when choosing a style. If your size does not show, we are sold out in that size. You may also search by size to see all available items.
13. How do I order a catalog?
a. We do not have a consumer catalog due to being a web-based store front only. We try to update our inventory often.
